Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
App stores
If you subscribe in the Android or iPhone app, Google Play or the App Store bills you, and their prices can differ slightly.
If a plan ends
Uploads pause, and you can still view and download everything. We remind you on days 1, 8, 21 and 28. On day 30, we keep your favourites and newest photos up to the free 10 GB and remove the rest. Renew before then and nothing is removed. Storage rules
Free plan
Free storage stays active while you open Mementa at least once every 90 days. If you don't, we remind you on days 60, 75 and 87, and on day 90 the backed-up photos and videos are deleted.

1 GB here is 1,073,741,824 bytes (1024 × 1024 × 1024).

How do I pay?

On the web, you pay through Razorpay with UPI or a card. In the Android and iPhone apps, you pay through Google Play or the App Store. Prices are in Indian rupees, and plans start at ₹99 a month.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. If you pay on the web, open Account › Plan & billing and choose Contact support to cancel, or email us. If you subscribed in the Android or iPhone app, cancel in Google Play or the App Store. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, in Account › Plan & billing. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. If you use more than the new plan allows, new uploads stop until you free up space or upgrade again.

What happens if I stop paying?

Uploads pause, but you can still view and download everything. We send reminders with the exact date. On day 30 after the plan ends, we keep your favourites and your newest photos up to 10 GB and remove the rest. Renew before then and nothing is removed.
